POSITION SUMMARY:
The Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for the sale of construction products. Associate will Market products manufactured by Con-Strux, LLC and sell raw materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Travel to assigned locations to meet with prospective and existing clients
• Generate new business through networking and on-site visits
• Present products and services to customers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Coordinate product demonstrations and promotional events
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation
• Resolve customer concerns promptly

• Sales experience in construction-related environment a plus
• Willing to train the right candidate
• High School or equivalent
• Knowledge/background of environmental construction and recycling terminology is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Customer service skills
• Strong written, verbal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently

Travel: Candidate will interface with company personnel at multiple locations and attend business functions as needed. Must be able to provide own transportation, have a good driving record and be willing to travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Location: Various offices throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience,401K, and Medical
